Refund Policy

Advertising purchases are final
Payments purchase advertising placement for the selected advertising period. Once activated, payment is nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Advertising ordinarily remains available through the purchased period subject to the Terms and policies.
Policy violations
Suspension or removal for violation of Terms, advertising, content, safety, law, or payment provider requirements does not create a right to refund except where required by law.
Promotional credits
Promotional advertising credits have no cash value and are nonrefundable. Free promotional periods do not create an obligation to purchase further advertising unless expressly disclosed during activation. If no paid advertising is purchased, promotional placement expires.
