Nature of the platform
RelaxMassageNearMe.com is an independent advertising directory. It provides advertising space for independent massage and wellness providers and businesses. We do not provide massage, bodywork, or wellness services; book appointments; collect payment for advertiser services; negotiate services; dispatch providers; set service prices; receive commissions; act as an agent, representative, broker, manager, employer, or partner; or control or supervise services performed by advertisers.
No endorsement or guarantee
Publication is not an endorsement, certification, or recommendation. We do not guarantee identity, qualifications, licensing, availability, quality, safety, legality, or suitability. Users communicate and make arrangements independently and should use their own judgment.
Advertiser responsibility
Advertisers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their content, communications, services, conduct, taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, credentials, health requirements, and compliance with applicable law. We do not routinely verify credentials unless a profile expressly says a specific credential was independently verified.
Removal and safety
We may review, reject, restrict, suspend, edit, or remove advertisements, photographs, profiles, or accounts that violate policies, law, safety requirements, or payment provider requirements. Serious safety concerns may result in immediate suspension without notice. Payment does not guarantee publication of prohibited content.
Adults only
Advertisers and every person depicted in advertiser content must be at least 18. We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, prostitution, escort services, compensated sexual acts, pornography, explicit nudity, and illegal content.
